You’re better off going to Auto zone or another auto parts store. They take way too long to get your items. Literally had me waiting for up to an hour to get some damn spark plugs. When I told them about why they take so long they just say it will come out. I don’t understand what they do in the back. Very unprofessional and lazy

I’ve called plenty of times for the 7th time already and every time I’m put on hold which I’ve stayed and I end up getting hung up on. Terrible service and I’m a new customer that they are about to lose. Also read the reviews and seems like they are known for this why even have a business phone if your aren’t going to answer.

Been buying parts from here for years but my neighbor usually calls them in, the few times I’d tried myself I’m greeted with hang ups or put on hold until a hang up. My neighbor then gave me the extension to the guy who takes care of him, he greeted me with respect, patience and source my part with ease. Delivery was fast as well and the drivers are usually stand up guys. My only question is why similar situations are described in the comments? Funny thing is my business has a fleet of delivery vehicles, first impressions and service means a lot in these days with increased prices and you never know the amount of potential business is on the other line.

Called for information, and they transferred me to another extension without saying a word, and no one ever answered. Typical NY attitude. Shop somewhere else.

I called to say I was gonna b there 6 mins after 3 on a Sunday and employee was like oh we wont b here and I was like I'll pay over the fone for part I needed part for an emergency and when I got there 3 mins faster than anticipated ppl was still in the store and they had refused to take my card and wen I said I'll go in the car for money they were giving me an attitude ask if I was giving 1 and was like oh I'm doing sumthing illegal by staying after closing... Umm no u not u jus wanna go drink I'm not stupid
