Great and knowledgeable staff. My uncle Bob has been going there for years and has me going there now. Even the younger people that work there know stuff about automobiles.

I went in for a simple battery replacement and wound up being appalled by the customer service I received. An old guy with a knee brace came out to change my battery, and when he did, my car wouldn't start anymore when it was working just fine as I had drove it to the parts shop moments before. I went back in to tell them, and they told me there was nothing they could do about it. The guy that changed my battery was talking about how my car looked and called it a "piece of junk" and that it was "wrecked anyway." Another employee came out and greeted my family who was waiting in the car as "gentleman" when the only gentleman in the vehicle was my brother. My mom is clearly a woman and presents herself as such. The behavior from this employee made the whole experience worse as he tried to turn on my car, which again wouldn't start, and my oil and check engine light came on. I popped the hood to see that the battery they installed was the WRONG SIZE. It was about 1/8th smaller than the battery I had brought in. They had the nerve to tell me that it was my engine or car and not the wrong battery that they had sold me. I immediately returned it, and called a tow who jumped my car, and guess what? It started no problem at all with no check engine light. I got it to a mechanic and sure enough it was just my battery that was completely dead, and not my engine at all. Murray's touts their customer service, and I had a reasonable expectation that they would honor their motto, but that was the worst experience I have had with an auto parts store. I would never recommend this place, and they certainly won't be getting my business again. The unethical behavior of the employees is something that will not go unnoticed and will be reported to the BBB.

I called to order parts and I was made to feel like I was dumb as a box of rocks. Most of the gentleman that I've ordered from have been very kind but as they say One bad Apple can ruin the bunch. I wanted to know the prices but this guy was making it sound like I was an idiot because I didn't know which one I wanted and well that would depend on the prices and also if you have one in stock or not.

Throw away your Advanced Auto membership card, this is the best auto parts store I’ve ever been to. Everyone who works there is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Today, Larry and Steve helped me find the parts I needed and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

The best customer service I've had in a parts store. I was looking for some detailing spray for my truck and the owner came over and gave me some great feedback on what I was getting. Recommended a few other products and even came back out with a couple small sample bottles of product to try out. Top quality customer care with a huge selection of inventory. I've always preferred to support local, small businesses and this is why.
