Went in anround 1pm Sunday July 28th and stated I was shopping around for a cabin air filter. Was told the price was around $25. Knowing that it was cheaper at a competitors store, and being on a limited budget, I declined to purchase it, but feeling bad, offered to buy a small rachet set, and got told “once I get shopped, you are no longer a customer; bye”. If I had the cash, I would’ve even offered a tip for looking up the part, but couldn’t today. I’ve been coming in on and off for years and have spent hundreds there, and to be treated that way, I’ll never shop there again. . Customer service is huge for every industry, and if you’re employees (or god forbid that was the owner; I genuinely hope it wasn’t because I would like to see this business grow and succeed), are unwilling to help customers because the customer wasn’t eager to spend more money then they could afford, then may this business disappear into obscurity like every other garbage dump that doesn’t do anything but take up valuable rental space from businesses that actually care about their customers and the services they provide. . I don’t mean to sound harsh, but this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had just looking for a very simple part.

These guys really understand what great service is. They are always very helpful. If you ask for a part for your car, they make sure you are requesting the right part. If you need advice on how to install it, they will take the time and explain it to you. In fact, if you purchase wiper blades, headlights/taillights, etc., they will often help you install it right in their parking lot at no charge. They are very knowledgeable. Bring in any question and they will get you an answer. They never try to oversell you on anything. They know that if they give great service, you'll be back. And I always go there for any parts I need, even though there are shops closer to my house. I highly recommend them.

This place is great. As a teenager my friend grew up around the corner we went there often. Just stopped by last week for some headlights, taillight and wiper blade (7.99 for Bosch wiper.. you can't beat that on Amazon!) Guys behind counter could not have been more helpful. ("You need this not that..") One even checked my car in 20 degree weather to make sure we had right bulb. Recommended!!!
