So impressed with Paul's! A light on my daughter's dashboard indicated a transmission problem. It was a Sunday and she needed to drive 200 miles to return to school. We googled service stations open on Sunday and found Paul's. She called. They had her come over and immediately assessed the problem. They did not even charge her!! She was able to return to school safely and with peace of mind. 100% recommend Paul's Great Neck Auto Repair.

The absolute best! I was in a dilemma, I lent my car to a friend and he got stuck in Great Neck NY with a flat tire. Paul's Auto repair came out to the location, put air in the tire to get it to the shop, and plugged the tire ON A SUNDAY EVENING! Amazing service and amazing people! I would highly recommend using Paul's Great Neck auto repair! And Angel was great. Thanks again for an amazing experience!

I had to get my NYS inspection done and found this place nearby that does them. I came in as a walk-in, filled out a quick sign in form and they got to working right away. I was in and out of the shop in 15 min. Everyone was really nice and I got my inspection done quickly and stress free. Definitely recommend this shop for the staff alone; so hard to find people who are honest, friendly and efficient in the car shop world.

Paul and the team are top notch. They are constantly saving customers money, doing great work, and taking care of repairs fast! I am impressed with each and every visit. Most service shops can't take an appointment for weeks! Forget the long wait times at dealerships.

This auto repair shop is amazing.. I took my vehicle here for a minor issue and guess what I met an amazing person named winy he was so helpful and full of humor.. the mechanics at this auto shops are very professional and they will charge u genuine price.. my Vehicle issue was minor but if took it else where they would have charged me for opening the parts up but in here they did not charge me a single penny not even for the time they wasted. This made me feel like good and honey people do exist.. well Mr. Winy next time I shall definitely come in with some tequila for u 🤣
