We are very satisfied with the brake job Casey did for us on our ford edge! He is friendly knowledgeable and stands behind his work. We will definitely go back to Paul’s next time we have an issue with our car or truck.

We had two of our cars worked on here at Paul's Advanced Auto in Milan, MI. Dealt with Casey and both times very satisfied with the workmanship of the service/repairs along with the professional (yet personal) service we received. Trust is huge factor for us when taking our car(s) to someone to work on them and can say Casey and his staff made us feel confident we were getting what we needed yet no unnecessary work that we did not need. Costs were very reasonable for today's crazy world ... and that also is a huge plus. But the thing that stands out especially in today's world is just getting good trustworthy service which unfortunately is starting to slip away from our society. This place is amazing. I learned that Paul retired, but Casey took over and stands by his work. He worked with me based on what I needed done to my vehicle. He was honest and told me what needed repaired and what could wait in order to budget. He stood by his word with me and I got a discount for paying with check and cash. I will definitely be getting more work done by him! His work is excellent and he is a man of true integrity!

Casey is professional and honest! He was very accommodating and thorough with diagnosing my vehicle’s problems and laying out my options for me to make the choice without any pressure. While I did not end up getting my current car at the time serviced and ended deciding personally to scrap it, Casey helped me by making time to inspect 2 vehicles I was looking to purchase. He was very honest and helpful with his feedback on the inspections. After purchasing a vehicle I took it to him to get the necessary service it needed to run its best! The prices are fair and the service is excellent and timely! Casey is very careful and passionate about his work with the priority of doing the best service possible for his customers. I will continue to get my service done here and would highly recommend getting your vehicle serviced here for anything you may need!
