These people were so great !! I needed to get a DOT inspection done on a RedBull truck that i had transported and the company was closed that Monday (MLK Day) so i had to reschedule the appointment with PC. And from the the guy I met in the workshop right down to the women in the front office they treated me so kind and were very helpful with rescheduling me for the inspection the next day (Tuesday). I called to ensure that the truck would be ready on Tuesday and lo and behold I showed up Tuesday morning and the truck was not in place. When I spoke to the RedBull assistant she stated that no one had left her word that truck was supposed to be left for the service. So feeling slightly irritated and not sure how PC was going to be able to help me because I don’t know their schedule how many people they may have for different services on Wednesday etc. I went back and we I explained what happened and enquired about rescheduling for the next morning(Wednesday) Mr Jeremy didn’t hesitate and said that he could take me. I arrived their first thing that next morning and what I loved about this whole experience is that of the 3 days I interacted with them their service and personalities were all the same kind, friendly, and respectful. There was no pretense (fake acting) across the board. From the work shop to the women in the front office. Thank you PC Mechanical for your service to the community. Signed grateful customer ❤️

Great company to work with!! I have been looking for someone that can work on my Earthroamer and these guys are amazing. Brandon is a bright guy that really helped nail down the issue with my rig. I highly recommend them and I almost never recommend any service company.

I see the positive comments. But my experience with PC mechanical is the worst service I've ever had in my life. Starting with the phone call with the reactionist. I needed a carburetor installed on my generator. A week later, still had not installed or ordered carb. I gave them $200 for diagnostics. And pick up my RV.

Our Rv broke down and so we had to take it to a shop PC mechanical was Litterly right around the corner and ive heard good things about them. So I called them and they said they were a month behind but that I could bring it over and they would get to it as soon as they could which I thought was a reasonable answer our main complaint was it was not starting they wanted to replace the wire harness in the steering column and I don't want it changed without more evidence that was the problem which it turned out not to be the alternator a wire on pos. Terminal to starters was to long so they shortened it and changed the bad alternator and put a new boot on the air bag they hit us with a bill that was quoted at$1250.00 but when I was hit with a bill of $2200.00 woW! We had given 1800.00 in good faith . after complaining they conveniently lowered to the 1800.00 we had already payed them and after that when we got our rv back two months later he handed me the keys back and said that batteries were not holding a charge but when I checked them they were holding a charge just fine the problem was the connection at the battery I cleaned the connection at the battery and it has started every time since I payed 1800.00 and they never even fixed the problem ! I found the problem in less than 10 mins I'm really disappointed about how I feel we were takin advantage of and so if you use them hang on to your wallet with both hands
