Peninsula Automotive is my go to shop! I bought a 1971 Type 2 Bay Window Bus a few years ago and it had a ton of problems. Peninsula helped me get the bus up and running well. Most recently they installed a WagensWest drop kit on the bus too. Mikah and Dave are awesome and great to work with. VW owners always have a list of things they want to do to their vehicles and I look forward to working with Peninsula Automotive to get them all done.

I brought my VW Golf here for an oil and transmission fluid service and was pleased with the professionalism of the team at Peninsula Automotive. Competent. Honest. Fair. I've enlisted this shop for two separate (unrelated) repairs, and in both instances I was 110% satisfied. Customer service was friendly, but more importantly for me the work was done correctly and the cost was fair for what had to be done. They specialize in VW, however I'd feel confident taking any make to them that they'd be willing to work on. Highly recommended.

I had a bunch of small things to take care of but the main thing was the rear hatch lock was nonfunctional and that meant not using the trunk for every day use. These guys fixed it and it is so nice to be able to use my trunk again. good job!
