Excellent customer service. The store manager Jonathan and the mechanic Kevin, took the time to thoroughly explain the process and issues that could be occurring as a result of a failed smog check. They performed free testing quickly and answered all my questions. The location is very clean, staff is so kind, I cannot say enough. They are fair and honest did not try to upsell anything. I will definitely be returning for service. Thank you so much!!

Pep Boys in Santa Monica is the best! I highly recommend them. They were efficient and performed an excellent job. Trish helped me in customer service and she was amazing! Knowledgeable, professional and she made sure that my car was taking care off and delivered on time as promised. I’m very pleased with their service.

Such a horrible experience in there yesterday! Came in to fix an issue that they had previously repaired and it did not work. I waited 3 hours, only to come back and find out they hadn't even moved my car. Were very dismissive of anything I said. I spent 5.5 hours there only to be quoted $600 for a repair that I declined. I wasted my whole day there for nothing to come out of it, all they while they are trying to sell me tires. Will never come back.

I want to say a big thank you for the noise I hear every morning around 6 or 7am. As far as I know, the noise in California, and especially Santa Monica, can't be earlier than 8 or 9am, and especially not on a Saturday. I waited for a month, hoping that something would change. In the meantime, I have collected quite a few videos that I plan to send along with complaints. Next time I will call the police.
