Angel and the crew did a great job servicing my vehicle. The waiting area could use some sprucing up and it'd be nice if the car didn't come back so dusty and with fingerprints but otherwise a great experience.

This was my first and last visit to PepBoys. I only went to this PepBoys for a tire plug because I had a screw in my tire. I went to a location that had the availability and was near my home. I made an appointment for 12 noon. I arrived early and thought that I'd be home in 30-45min. I didn't ask for any other work to be done on my vehicle. They stripped my lug nuts on my vehicle. When I told the advisor that I only take my vehicle to the dealership for maintenance, inspections, and any other work that needed to be done, he backed off and stopped trying to sell me things. They also failed to inform me of how much the air filter would cost. The website says one thing, but they charge another. Filters for your car are not expensive and are as easy to replace as putting air in your tire. I sat at this Pep Boys for 2 hours. ALL FOR A TIRE PLUG. My vehicle was recently inspected, if they "inspected" correctly, they would have seen the sticker and when my next visit was. Thus, I did not need anything done to my vehicle. As I stated before, I was ONLY THERE FOR A TIRE PLUG!!! The bill cost 189! I flipped out because I know how much things cost! Tire plug $25-30, car filters both no more than $50 + labor, which was not listed. The advisor tried to tell me that I did not give him a chance to tell me the price, and while informing him of proper customer service, I told him that regardless, you still inform customers of how much they are spending before the work is done. I didn't even receive a repair statement or the acknowledgment that was signed for the tire plug. Remember, I only went in for a tire plug! Even though I was not charged for anything, it was poor business practice to do something other than what the customer asked for. If the inspection is complementary, you still need to ask the customers permission FIRST.

My visit to this Pep Boys was great! Angel and his team really helped me get out a bind with my tire. They explained what was going on with my car thoroughly and were very professional. They also fit me in when I did not have an appointment. Overall great service!

Pep boys did a great job replacing my tire! I took my vehicle to Firestone who had my truck for 4 hours and didn't find any leakage. Still putting air in everyday until I went to PEP BOYS, who not only found the leak but replaced my tire.Thanks Guys!!

I recently visited this store for an oil change, but unfortunately, I encountered a major issue afterward. The next morning, I discovered a significant oil leak under my car, accompanied by a concerning clicking sound. I immediately reached out to the company and opened a case (#134509), but despite their assurance that they would contact me promptly, it has been three days and I have yet to receive any communication from them. I keep calling them daily for any update but there is nothing. This lack of response is not only disappointing but also incredibly inconvenient as I rely on my car to commute to school. It's disheartening that they have not taken the initiative to address the situation or even offer an apology. I dont recommend any one to go to pep boys.

Pep Boys will damage your car and stick you with the repair bill. I recently took my car to a Pep Boys for an oil change. I left my vehicle with them for a few hours. When I came back to pay, my car had a massive smash in the windshield. I spent many weeks appealing to corporate to take responsibility for the damage done to my car but they refused to do anything. It is obvious that the damage was caused by Pep Boys. Making the mistake of taking my car to them cost me a lot of money because now I have to pay for the damage. Pep Boys even admitted that they caused the damage and still won’t take responsibility. Don’t use Pep Boys!
