This shop definitely finesses folks out of extra money. Of course everyone has different experiences but book here at your own risk. Would not recommend at all. The only reason I gave this shop 2 stars was because of the first associate Johnathon that helped me the first day I came in, he had good customer service. The other 2 men in the lobby were mediocre with their customer service. Do not come here to get anything done to your car. Got my brakes replaced here originally and after a year and around 3 months they began experiencing issues making it un-drivable. Just got them replaced along with a caliper. Now, 2 of my windows are not working as before. They stated that they don’t perform electrical work, but that doesn’t mitigate the fact that my windows are now not functioning as before I came here. One of them was rolled all the way down upon pick-up, when it wasn’t when I dropped it off; I was not able to get it to roll up anymore with the driver’s side controls. Another repair and unnecessary money to be spent. Now let’s see if I my brakes end up having another premature issue with their repairs…

2023 toyota corolla 11:40am left at 1250pm only for inspection for uber all that time for a simple quick inspection it was empty as you can see in the picture worst pep boys please more employees

I'm going to start my review with a lot of regret. I do not recommend anyone to service this store. First, there is no one responsible. It's a general mess. I went to have my car aligned on Sunday 07/23 and arrived at 12:18 pm to request the repair. I was told that I could only do it at 3:30pm. It was an emergency, I ended up accepting it! I was waiting 2 hours at the store and called my wife to pick me up, at 3:15pm they called me saying it was ready. The worst was not the delay! because he told me the time, I was impressed that the 3 employees went to lunch at the same time and took 2 hours to return. I'll put a photo of the empty workshop. I thought it was disrespectful!!!!! 3 employees going to lunch together! But the worst is yet to come!! The steering wheel of my car is very misaligned. (photo) I don't know how it works here in America, because I'm Brazilian and there they line up by the steering wheel. The store is rubbish !!! Bad service !!! U$100.00 thrown away !!! As soon as I return from the trip, I will go back to the store to redo the service. The email they send asking for your suggestion does not accept 1 or 2 stars, only from 3 stars. Rafael Ribeiro.

I bring my toyota corolla to get new tires arrive at 12 pm , they told me it will take half an hour or one hour is almost 4 pm and I still here waiting, terrible customer service. I'm about to leave and go somewhere else.

The prices for a full synthesic oil and filter change was as good or better than the advertisements for "quickie" oil change places. I was pleased even though it was a little slower than going to those specialty oil change places. I took both of my cars and will go back.
