Whenever I have an issue with my car, I bring it to the Inglewood location. The customer service is awesome and the employees that I have interacted with are amazing, especially Chris. The prices are more reasonable than the dealership. They keep my BMW in great condition.

Ordered an oil change through car advise, had scheduled 2 days before. Arrived at location almost 1 hour earlier. just for the dude to tell me “ we do not have a closing mechanic”…. Better off going somewhere else. Would not recommend if you want to waste time. Just save yourself the headache and find somewhere else.

I was welcomed upon arriving by the manager Chris. I appreciated that I was helped in a timely manner regarding replacing my head light. Everyone working there in the service and parts departments was attentive and made sure all my questions were answered thoroughly. Thanks to Chris and the staff, I'm back on the road!!!

I mistakenly purchased the wrong tires at this location. The tires were not mounted on the wheels. Two days later, I returned to this location to return them, but I was told that I needed to speak with a senior manager, and they said they couldn’t assist me. I came back again when the senior manager was present, and the only thing they could do was tell me that I had to leave the tires and wait for a call from the area manager. The trip to this location takes me 1.5-2 hours. Why couldn’t I leave the tires the first time? Since I left the tires (on December 20), no one has contacted me. I have been trying to reach this location, but either they don’t answer the phone, or they say they will look into the situation and put me on hold, where I waited for about 30 minutes without any response. On my further attempts to call, no one picked up. I paid $600 and demand that someone address this situation and issue my refund.

Excellent service and knowledgeable staff. I was shocked upon checking in when the person said, " Is your phone number still...?" I said, "Hoe do you know that?" He said, "Its been a while but Ii remember your truck." That meant something to me and why I'll keep coming here....Tj
