My experience was very good. I made an appointment to get new tires since Pep Boys had the best price I could find and they installed them with no problems. It was actually the first time I've been to any place for tire service where they inflated my tires to the correct pressure for the car. I would use this location again.

recently visited Pep Boys for some much-needed auto service, and I couldn't be more impressed. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, guiding me through the services my vehicle needed. They offered transparent pricing and took the time to explain everything clearly. The service/wait time was incredibly fast and easy. Ask for Solomon when you go in! He’s amazing at getting the job done fast and very helpful with any info! I highly recommend Pep Boys for anyone looking for reliable and efficient automotive care!

Don’t get inspection from a tire shop - they will try and say you need tires. 9000 miles on car and told me I needed tires. Took to shop down the block and no issues at all. Look at reviews this seems to be a pattern.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Absolutely awful experience getting a simple oil change. They spotted my brakes were bad (I asked them to fix them because I don't have experience with that). Then they told me my headlight was out. I can fix that myself, so I said don't worry about that, I can do it. They did it anyway, and charged me $140 for labor on the headlight alone. On top of that, they were telling me I was driving with my high beams on to see. (Which isn't true) Probably never going to a Pep Boys ever again after that awful experience. Update: after talking with them a few times about the headlight situation, they refunded me for most of the labor costs of the headlight replacement, only because they didn't tell me that it would take additional time, not because I told them I didn't want it to be done in the first place.

My oil change took over 2 hours… Came for a routine oil change, made an appointment for 1:30 and showed up at 1:25. Signed in and handed in my keys and was told about an hour, eta of 2:30. I checked in at 2:35 and a man at the desk asked me what I was getting done, I shared oil change and my name and car make and model and he looked into the shop and said it should be done soon. Another 30 minutes pass and nothing. I check in with another man who takes my info and starts looking around for my papers, turns out they were misplaced and they never started my oil change and so would now rush the oil change. This man was apologetic and helpful. Long story short, was told the wrong info by an employee and my car was forgotten about. This was not a busy time during the day either so this was incredibly frustrating and avoidable. Will not be returning to this location.
