Tim the manager has no knowledge of customer service, taking the word of one his employees over a customer and does not know how to talk to customers. My son dropped his car off for service, his information was not taken down nothing was documented all he was told was to call back which he did but on one answered the phone. Turns out the car was about to be towed but there was no way of contacting us since no information was taken by any employee. The manager Tim did not apologize and did not help with the situation, instead he did give attitude. Retrain this manager or replace him, people like him have no business being a manager or in customer service.

I bought tires online and scheduled an 8AM service. Price of tires were fine. My interaction with the staff was fine. My only gripe was how long it took - 4.5 hours! I think there were only two individuals working and a third in the front. On another occasion I did an alignment, it took 2.5 hours. I then needed a camber bolt which they did not have in stock. Took another 2 hours to get it delivered, installed, and realigned. All this is to say, if you value your time I suggest you go somewhere else. For comparison, I got tires at America's Tires, 8AM appointment, I was in/out in 45 minutes.

Mark, the Service Manager, was filling in at the front counter, and was amazing. He answered all my questions, and helped me qualify for a new set of Cooper tires along with my oil change. My car is so happy!

Always trying to scam charging extremely high and recommending things that make no sense. Unprofessional disgusting behavior. Brought my own part once and they still charged me for the part even when I provided it. Les Schwab is 5 minutes away I recommend them they are way better and don’t act like goofballs. Plus they have vending machines and a nice waiting room. Much better than these scammers.

This place tried to charge me $380 dollars to replace a coolant reservoir. Charged me $40 for a diagnostic, but couldn’t complete because I needed a new coolant reservoir first. Guess what….they still charged me for a diagnostic that never happened. Stay away from this place. Go to AutoZone first, it’s across the street from here. You will get better help.
