The manager was so helpful and offered me a good quality set of tires at a reasonable price. The work was done quick and they have a nice waiting room with free coffee. It was a great shopping experience.

Just picked up my vehicle! Big Thank you to Steven and Vincent #859 Pep Boys! Five Stars ⭐️ I’ve had the pleasure of being helped by both of these wonderful Pep Boys Associate Technician and Store Manager! Mr. Steven provided exceptional customer service and was able to assist me with my questions and concerns! I felt like I had his full attention and that was while he was multitasking! He was processing my vehicle intake, then he was handling the phone calls and coordinating part orders which sounded difficult. He is Polite and nice to work with. He remained calm and collected under the demanding conditions of the job and I left a satisfied customer. He shared he’s been around car repairs and mechanics since he was a child! So well seasoned in his skills. Mr. Vincent is the store manager and has been in the business a long time. He knows his position well and is a veteran in the mechanics world with 20+ years of experience. He was so helpful on my last visit and really went out of his way to make sure I knew my options and what I needed for my vehicle. Great Job! They are patient, knowledgeable, and willing to help!

I went in later in their business day and inquired about a battery for my car and it's installation. The two gentlemen that were there were very easy going, professional, helpful and very willing to help even though it was later in the day. They scheduled me for an appointment to take the car the next morning for the installation of the battery I was going to purchase. They were super kind and I greatly appreciate Steven's time when he assisted me and set me up with the appointment. He was very patient with the questions I had and I did not get the other gentleman's name but he was also friendly. A first impression of their customer service, is a LASTING IMPRESSION. I had gone to a local car parts location and the battery price alone (plus they were NOT able to install the battery) was the same price as the Battery AND Service Installation cost at Pep Boys. I am definitely making this my GO TO PLACE for car needs! Helpful and the price was great for what needed to be done. I DEFINITELY Recommend this place!

I made an online appointment for tire rotation. My services was completely promptly with no issues. Steven and Vincent were professional throughout my time at this location. I would recommend Pep Boys for your tire needs

Great service today! Brought a tire in that had a valve stem issue (rubber at the base of the valve stem was cracked and air leaking out). The gentleman who helped me (didn’t get his name) said just leave it with me for a few hours and I’ll get it fixed at the lowest cost possible to you. Came back a few hours later and it was fixed at no cost to me. Appreciate the great service!
