This is the second time I’ve bought tires here and had them installed. The first time wasn’t too bad - just had parts of the rims scratched and the center piece fell off on a rim. This time the tires and rims were super filthy afterwards. These photos are AFTER I CLEANED them! More scratches on the rims. No value for their customers. I gave them a couple stars because they schedule you and keep things timely. That is the only good thing. I’d recommend going ANYWHERE else.

I had a regular service done on my 2022 Camry including lube and oil and having tires checked. Service was performed as promised. I was notified when progress began and ended. I was notified when ready for pickup. I was giving all paperwork describing the service and the cost. It was even less than estimate. My car is working great.

First time visiting a Pep Boys, due to a last minute emergency. Thank you Pep Boys for being open on Sundays. Also a big thank you to Mike and Tony for going the extra mile and making sure we were well taken care of. From giving us the best deal on a new set of 4 tires to letting me use their personal charger to charge my phone. Who ever their higher ups are please make sure to reward this crew. Will be returning for regular maintenance

Customer service was beyond excellent! I came in for an ok change that I needed so badly. I called at the 11th hour and they took me in! Pricing is very very reasonable! I thought I was going to pay more! Staff was very friendly and professional. Tony assured me everything was good and he listened to everything I had asked about. He was attentive and great! I'm sure to return for my vehicle needs here! Thank you so very much!!
