Scheduled an appt for 12pm for an oil change with a wait time of 3-4 hours which I thought was already lengthy. My car was not done until 6pm. 6 hours is ridiculous. I would understand if they were busy but I don’t even know what happened because I did not get any status updates or even an apology for it taking so long.

One of the few times I did not feel pressured to pay for unnecessary repairs. They stuck to their original estimate and completed job in 2 hrs (front pads & resurface rotors,rear pads & rotor replacements.). I know because I watched all the work they did. I would also like to mention the manager “Carlos” who made sure I understood what they were doing while the did it. I would defiantly take my vehicle to this shop for service and would not hesitate to recommend this shop.

Very unhappy with the way that my truck came out. I went there for a simple balance and rotate and a front and alignment. After three hours of waiting, when they said, it was only going to take two. My alignment is worse than before. My whole truck shakes on the freeway. And it’s now starting to pull hard to the right when I’m breaking. I had none of these problems before I went there. Very unhappy.

I always come to this location & have never had a problem. They check your car & tell you what is needed & follow up on any concerns you may have. They also have excellent coupons.

Pep Boys is now only doing service and tires. I purchased & scheduled everything on my smart phone. Super easy process with their online app. Wow! I was in & out within an hour with a scheduled appointment (of course). Great deals on tires plus lifetime tire rotation. Really! 😆 you can’t beat that. Go see Mark in Santa Fe Springs location for great customer service.
