A few weeks ago I brought my car in because my check engine light came on. I should have checked under the hood myself before. My mistake. Anyway, Richard eventually told me I needed to replace my egr valve and it would cost over $900 for a part that cost less than $100 on Fords website. I told them no and drove home. I looked under the hood myself and immediately noticed the coolant was low. I topped it off and the check engine light turned off almost immediately and hasn't come back on since. They never even mentioned the coolant was low. How do you miss that? These people are incompetent, unprofessional, and lack integrity. You should be ashamed of yourself Richard! I'll never take my car to another pep boys ever again.

I booked an alignment for 8 AM. I had to wait until the alignment person came in. Once in, they aligned it. I used a 25% off coupon. $150 out the door with 1 year/12,000 miles warranty. Yay. I'm happy 😊 😃

Over book. Double Charge. The book time was 10 AM, I come earlier, but the service start after 11:30 AM. Because Of OVER BOOK. The worker said charge fail. Actually, Pep Boys tried to double charge. The web side no additional expense to you for repair tire; but, no body tell you the warranty was expired. Monkey Business. Appointment is nothing. Trying to steal the money. Broken warranty .Street stores are better than here!

Pep boys did a great job. I didn’t have an appointment and they did my cars inspection at 130 and by 330 I had my car ready they changed my brakes and rotors. When I looked confused they took me to the car and explained it they were efficient and really patient with me I highly recommend
