Came here to get my tiered changed. I purchased them online. Online it said the tires were delivered but when I got to the store, they did not have my tires. Fast forward a few months later. I purchased my tires elsewhere, and wanted to get them installed. They said an hour. 2.5 hours later, they had not started on my vehicle, even though there were 4 people at the counter joking and doing nothing. Please do better

My battery died in the scorching Southern California heat wave. I got a jump from my Progressive Roadside Assistance and also received coupon for 30% off on a new battery at PEP BOYS. Went directly to the nearest store and the service was quick and they also thru in a complimentary maintenance check. The waiting room is a “work in progress “ but they were quick and courteous. I will Definitely return for any car service.

I took my jeep to get a head light replaced. After $325 I thought it would work. A day later the light went out they tried to sell me another headlight, I took my vehicle to a different location to find out they didn’t screw in the headlight correctly. They were trying to sell me another part. Horrible service

I went for a diagnostic on my car today, feeling worried, but thankfully David was very helpful, patiently answering all my questions and clearly explaining the issue with my car. I really appreciate his kindness, great customer service, and how quickly they completed the job.

I took my car here to get an estimate on what the noise was They told me I needed 2 NEW wheel bearings and 2 new AXELS and it would be $2,000 They told me they had to change BOTH and there was no way around it even though only 1 of each was bad. So I left because $2000 for a regular car ? A Toyota ? Just for that ??? Took it to my everyday mechanic shop they said they can indeed only change 1 of each. They not sure why the shop said they needed to change both and plus the job was only $600 What a complete ripoff that they tried to do to me!! MAKE SURE to always get a second opinion! Thanks for the free diagnostic though!
