I had a good experience here. Lucy was great at the front. She gave all the information upfront called him first to make sure they were able to take me came in with a new vehicle. They ran all the diagnostics. While at another Pep Boys location, they wanted to do the both different diagnostic for me because my check engine light was on and I wanted to do the 120 Point safety inspection on your vehicle I was able to save money because the lady was upfront and honest about it and they gave this report of all the findings and recommended other places for things they don’t do

I recently visited Pep Boys for installation on some LED headlights I’ve had for an out 6 months and finally was able to take it in. I was beyond impressed with the level of customer service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. Marsha, Lucy and Eric were outstanding in giving me reasonable options and prices for my cars needs. I truly appreciate their professionalism and honesty. It’s hard to find great service these days, but Pep Boys delivered! I’ll definitely be returning for future car needs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable automotive care. First and foremost, super friendly service. The lady at the front desk was friendly answering the phone and in person. This was my first time visiting a Pep Boys. But the main reason I got here today was because I was about to be cheated by another tire company, starts with AMER. Went to that other company in the morning and was told I need to change my tires before they do a rotation because threads are at 3. It felt too much like a bullshit so I called around. Turns out Pep Boys has a super deal on tire rotations, they took me in, rotated the tires, added the right amount of air, and most of all measured my thread to 6!!!! I definitely recommend this Pep Boys, and would consider them for any future car issues!!

I’ve come to this establishment a few times throughout the year as they are always extremely helpful and courteous to customers. Sometimes there is a long wait because this location does get busy, but just make sure to make an appointment online and you’ll be good. I have found that Eric is an incredibly generous and honest manager who has always helped me understand my car’s issues and find the best rates for repair. Glen who works the counter is also very kind and friendly. All in all, I have not had one bad experience coming here and will continue to come back for any of my car concerns.

Customer service is always nice. I always buy my tires here and never had a problem. Recently I had an air leak on one of my tires and they figured out why it was leaking. They fixed it real quick and at no extra charge. Really kind and quick service. Thank you
