Without a doubt the best Pep Boys in the area, from oil changes to tire issues, everytime I come the Staff is knowledgeable, works through what you need, and gets things done. I've had bad experiences with other quick job spots, but never here. Would 10/10 recommend.

The ability to make an appointment and get my car serviced was easy and the staff was professional and courteous. However, they did not fix the actual issue and I was charged for something that did not need fixing (which was more money than the real issue).

My car door got multiple scratches while it was left on-site for service. Additionally, I was informed that there was a nail in the tire, and they even sent me a picture as proof. However, when I took my car to a friend’s place for a second opinion, there was no nail at all. I can’t understand why they would fake the picture. To top it off, they still charged me $37 despite failing to complete the inspection service. LOL.

I am so glad that I was sent to this Pep Boys on Montauk Hwy. Peter and Jose took their time on my 2004 BMW 530i. They found the solution to my problem that no else I took the car too could figure out. Thank you for your time patience and great customer service. First time using Pep Boys. Used them to rotate the tires and get a NYS inspection for my Tesla. Both cost $20. Can't beat that. They completed the job quickly and all was done well. Highly recommend.
