I do not recommend. I simply cannot come here again. Although this could be a corporate issue. Took 3.5 HOURS for a NY state inspection. Mo told me there was only one car ahead of me and it should only take ONE HOUR. I even booked online for 10am and selected Fleet vehicle… I understand that they can’t make promises that it’ll get serviced in one hour hence why I waited the additional 2 hours for my new vehicle and took a conference call in the waiting room. Douglas Brinson helped me out but could not speed up the process and told me that it was not selected as Fleet vehicle and had to wait additional time to be approved. I am not exactly sure what went wrong but booking ahead and selecting “fleet vehicle” and “state inspection” does not make a difference. I could be the only one with this experience, so please take what I say with a grain of salt.

I came in for a flat repair and they notice the very bad condition of my tires on my car . I was informed of all the maintenance that my car needed to keep me safe . Doug was great at explaining everything to me . Great team and smart working. You will see me soon for my next service .

The service at this location is absolutely horrible. I made an appointment to have two tires installed at 10:30am. When I book the appointment on the website they were open for appointments all day, every half hour, indicating they were not booked out for the day. I got there 15 minutes early handed my key over and then proceeded to sit there for an hour and a half. When I asked how much longer it would be they told me they didn’t even pull my car into the garage yet to be looked at. I told them that’s ridiculous because I had an appointment, there were no other cars in the parking lot and I have been sitting here for a while. And according to their website, they were open for appointments all day, and not booked out. By the time I got my keys back, it had taken them over three hours to install two tires. If there was a problem, they should have told me, I was the only person sitting in the waiting room and no one said oh we’re running behind or anything. I had to get up and ask when my car would be done. I’ve never had it take so long to get tires installed, and it’s completely unprofessional for your customer service desk employee, and one of your technicians to be sitting there pointing at me and talking about me and my car while you don’t even have my car in the garage bay and not tell me that you’re running behind or anything.

Mgr lured me in with false promises and pricing. When I asked him it he was extremely rude and disrespectful. And then said he don't care. My son use to work here years ago. Customer Svc has changed. I told the Mgr I will not be back. And I will dispute the overcharge, he said he doesn't care. What is this world come to? I don't believe in spending money where I'm cheated and disrespected. Unfortunately the Mgr, he never disclosed his name. Tall kind of slim African American
