Scheduled an appointment for 12pm to get an oil change. When dropping off the car they said 3 to 4 hours. I understand delays happen and 30 minutes is reasonable to me but not 3 to 4 hours when I was given an appointment time. Even the doctor is quicker to see you than that. I gave 2 stars because they actually had my car ready at 3pm as they stated and they had a coupon discounting the cost. I would go back but it sounds like a walk in is quicker than doing an appointment.

I knew my brakes needed some maintenance when I began to hear awful grinding when I’d stop. I easily made an appointment online for the next morning at 8am. Dropped off my car and they had a diagnostic to me by noon and I was picking up my car with new rotors and brake pads by 7 - the day before Thanksgiving! Very pleased with the quality of repair service as well as the help I received at the service desk when dropping off and picking up my car. Thanks guys!

***DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE*** This place has 2.6 stars for a great reason. I'll make this as brief as I can. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. This is the third and last time I will give this store a chance. All three times I've had issues and like an IDIOT, I gave them another chance. I was desperate and had to get my power steering belt replaced. They gave me a quote and I left it with them. A few hours later, they called to tell me that Giovanni said all three belts needed to be changed. The Air Conditioning, Power Steering and Alternator belts. I said, that's VERY odd because I had the Alternator AND belt replaced five weeks ago. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!! So, SAM at the desk told me that he would speak to GIOVANNI to verify. Low and behold, only TWO belts needed to be replaced. ***DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE*** So I let them do the two belts even though I don't believe that the Air Conditioner belt needed to be replaced. Lesson learned. Third time getting conned by these fraudsters, liars and thieves. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!!! The business manager will probably respond with.... please contact us so we can rectify this. If you want to rectify this, refund the labor and charge me for the parts (which I've looked up and are only about $60.00). ***DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE***

I recommend Pep Boys Santa Clarita. They are very welcoming, friendly and courteous. They explain everything. They notify you through text messages which helps. I had my oil change and it was done quickly and efficiently. I've had my alignment and tire rotation prior and they did a great job. I have always had my car done by the dealership and hesitated to go elsewhere. Pep Boys has changed my fears and I will continue to deal with them.
