When in to get my tires check out. The Assistant Manager Alex was polite and informative of everything. He provided me suggestions and the best routes to take for my temporary tire fix. However, what I don’t really appreciate is that I came in with an issue and I am now leaving with a new issue. I was a last minute walk-in so, I can understand them be busy during the day. However, there is still no excuse to not perform proper protocol when working on some else’s vehicle. My driver seat is cover in dirt, grease, and grim from whomever was working in my car obviously showing they didn’t put on any protective layer. I understand that the work they do isn’t a clean job. And of course they are going to be and get dirty. However, that just goes to show on why they need to put something over the car seat. When I told the employee to send me the upper manager he was more focused on saying it was him who did it. Which I did not accuse him for. When some kind of point of contact came up to me. I point out the issue and he was basically saying oh well. Stating I don’t even work at this location I’m just temporary help. You can come tomorrow and talk to the GM. I told him I was not able to because I work two jobs. And he like oh well because everyone was pretty much gone for the day. I told him to provide me the manager or GM contact information and he said he wasn’t allowed to? I kept asking for it multiple times and until he finally “remembered” to give me a business card. The temporary “help” was definitely of no help. And now I’m leaving their lot with temporary fix, which is understandable, and a dirty driver seat, my biggest issue.

Had a screw in my back left tire, and it was totally flat. Drove here and instantly the lady I was working with was very attentive and informational. She helped me pick out the best tire that was available for my car and even gave me some solid advice to make things easier in the long run. On top of that, my tire was fully replaced all within 45 minutes. Super helpful and very efficient, highly recommend this place. Thanks May! :)

Wow! Alejandro exceeded expectations! This guy is friendly, courteous, and has the utmost integrity! He helped me when my car wouldn’t start with a charge and diagnosed the issue even if it could have been a fluke. I will definitely be back here for future car and maintenance issues. Highly recommend!

Most unprofessional place I’ve ever been to. I made an apt for 11:30am an hour and a half before the service time. When I arrived, they told me I’d have to wait an hour and a half til 1pm because they “didn’t see my apt”. What kind of place does that? People have things they need to do during the day that doesn’t involve waiting over an hour when they made an apt. They also told the people in front of me that they couldn’t honor what was told to them on the phone the day before because they “didn’t know who told them that”. Insanely unprofessional, go elsewhere for your oil change where you don’t need to make an apt just to be told it didn’t matter and you’d need to wait longer than any other oil change place. They also only had 2 cars in their stalls at the time of telling me this, and no phone call to let me know it would be a waste of time and gas to come.

This was a layup, and I believe the employees at pep boys ruined their money. 1st, let's say I took a fleet vehicle in for an oil change and was advised the van needs front breaks. This is at about 11:00 am. By 1, everything was approved, and these rotors for a 2019 Ford transit are basic. Could not be located with 40.000 miles (no really) but that is what it was made to appear. But they found them and they where on-site for installation. Come 3:30 pm they where still waiting on the rotors because they order the wrong rotors. I was told the van would be ready before closing which was 7pm. Needless to say that's was not the case. In fact there was no communication on they van would be there overnight. The next day I reach out to them at 11am sinc3 they hadn't reached out and was told they are waiting on the rotors. At this time I head back to shop to see van on lift rotors appears to be on vehicle but I was not for certain but I was certain that all employees where sitting around until they saw me looking, then the scrambled started. I headed inside to find out what the hold up was. After waiting 15 minutes after they all knew I was there, a gentleman comes from behind the door stating the rotors where in and being installed as we speak. 2 hrs later I was able to pick up the van. It is believed by my company that they where lagging for the labor. And for us not to take any of the fleet to pep boys any further. There are 5 vans in my area and you messed up the all the long money for a short $500. In other words our team was assigned to take all vehicle issues to pep boys even before the dealer, and as of this morning that has all changed we where advised to take all vehicles to Firestone.
