I have been coming here for years. From oil changes to getting new tires. I have to say Chris is amazing! First person I always see when I come in and has a great attitude! Chris and his team get their work done in no time. Great customer service and trustworthy with any questions I have! They definitely have a loyal customer here since 2018 and will continue to do so! Highly recommend!!

Great customer service! Same day in and out and I love how they treated me. My car runs great and I can see out my windows haha. Thank you to the guys over at Pep Boys, keep up the good customer service :)

Oil change appointment was at 11:30am, i dropped the car off a few minutes before that. Mikey helped me up front and told me it was going to take about an hour or an hour 15 minutes. I did some shopping around and came back in the shop by 1pm and I noticed they havent worked on my car yet. I ended up getting my car back by 1:55pm for JUST an oil change. I told who i believe the manager it took long and it seemed like he didnt want to address it. Also, the shop didnt look busy at all. Other customers came in after me and their cars were drove inside the shop right away

Came in for some tires I had shipped there through tire rack, guy was addressing another customer so I took a seat. When he was done with her he asked what I was here for and I told him I had some tires shipped to the shop and wanted to get them installed. He then addressed another customer that came in after me, it appears she had an appointment but still....also I totally saw him up sell her some garbage insurance for her tires lmao. After he was done he stared at his phone for who knows how long and came in and out of the office a couple times with his clip board. No idea what's going on, dude has barely even acknowledged me. He has me fill out the paperwork and says we're all set. Doesn't say anything about how long it will take, and I assume he knows I'm going to ask but I ask anyways, he doesn't skip a beat and tells me a couple of hours. Eye roll. At this point I'm thinking of asking if he can just let me use the machine and I can do it myself. Any other garage could have gotten this done in 20 minutes. I go home and wait for hours and surprise, they never call me to tell me the car is done. I had to call them around closing and he says its been done. "Oh you didn't get a message?" Eye roll. I suspect that they don't like services like tire rack and prefer customers buy the tires from them directly so they can scam you into buying some worthless insurance in the process, and that's likely why dude was giving me the cold shoulder, or maybe he's just completely inept. Its a toss up really, and I really did get an amazing deal on those tires from tire rack.

I have a 2020 f450 putting on first set of tires being installed ever on these rims. Dropped it off at 11:50 12/23/23 completed at 6:37 after a couple issues on their end for not having the correct tools for the job. It shows in how badly they carved up my aluminum rims, I should have brought it in on Thanksgiving if I wanted my rims carved like a turkey. David was super nice and easy to talk to, but unfortunately this wasn't a great experience. I should have read the reviews prior to taking my truck to this place. I over heard Christian who installed my tire said "he was excited that he was able to work on his first dually" and it shows and sure he's great at his job but keep him away from your rims and the tire machine. They got the job done but unfortunately my rims are permanently damaged and there is no going back. if you're looking to mount tires I recommend somewhere else where they would take more care and pride and protecting the rim rather than letting it get destroyed. It was already dark when I drove off with my truck so I wasn't able to see the damage until the light of day.
