Edgar took his time to explain what we needed. This isn't you regular mechanic shop, these guys go way above and beyond to make sure the job is done right. I had brakes alignment and shocks done this time and they were able to get parts and finish in one day. Service if affordable in comparison. I really like this location and staff. They work really hard to make sure a customer is happy.

I gave it the five-star rating because they special ordered a specific tire that is unique to my vehicle. They had it when I was available to have it installed, they installed it and I was out of there in 45 minutes, and they were polite and very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, one of the mechanics, who changed out my tire, left greasy paw prints all over my vehicle. That was the only downside to my experience with Pep Boys.

Edgar and the team, did everything they could to get my car repaired so I could be home for the holidays amidst a family emergency. They not only stayed after hours to complete the job, but showed true care and commitment to fixing my vehicle during the holiday rush. I am so grateful to be heading out on the road, and for the kindness of Edgar and the team at this Pepboys location.

This was really a good experience. The guys at the desk were really helpful and they made some good suggestions they got out of there and back on the road quickly. My truck rides so much better. I’ll definitely be back.

I hate pepboy I took my car to the Santa Ana pepboys because I needed an inspection form for Uber. They told me I had to replace my car’s tires, even though my tires were still in good condition. When I said, “Okay, I’ll replace the tires elsewhere and bring the car back,” they told me it wasn’t possible unless I paid $40 right then. They also said that after replacing the tires, I would have to pay another $40 for re-inspection. I was very upset with their behavior. They were trying to force me to replace the tires with them. I ended up losing $100.
