I found myself in quite the predicament on Christmas Eve — running last-minute errands before my flight when I unexpectedly got a flat tire. Panic set in as I realized I had less than three hours until takeoff. I quickly called a few tire shops, and thankfully, Thomas at Pep Boys answered. From the moment he picked up the phone, I knew I was in good hands. He was friendly, informative, and genuinely eager to help. To my relief, they were able to repair my tire in under an hour! Their professionalism and quick turnaround made all the difference, allowing me to get back on the road and make my flight just in time. I’m incredibly grateful for the outstanding service at this location, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of tire assistance. Thank you, Pep Boys, for turning my Christmas Eve around!

I would only recommend this place for basic fixes like new tires or simple maintenance. A year ago, I came here to get my air conditioner repaired, and while it worked initially, the problem returned a couple of months ago. Both times, they charged me a high price just to refill the refrigerant, yet they couldn’t identify any leaks. When I returned again recently, they wanted me to pay for another evaluation. It seems like the staff lacks the experience to handle anything beyond minor issues. Consider taking your vehicle somewhere else for more complex repairs.

Scheduled and appointment online, 2 slots were available. I got a call from them within 5 MINUTES of confirmation that my appointment was canceled because 2 customers magically came in early and they were not able to accommodate me anymore. I'm pretty sure it was more that the appointment was made for later in the day and no one wanted to take the chance of possibly staying past their closing time. I made and appointment for 5:30pm, they close at 7pm and all I needed was a check on a headlight I have out. Go somewhere else if you need service on your vehicle.

This location said that they turned my brake rotors as part of website offer when they did my standard brake job. The brake rotors were not actually turned and location refuses to turn them, claiming they are not obligated to honor the offer on the website. No integrity! Will never go back!

I have had a problematic vehicle brought in multiple times and fixed up. I recently dealt with a problem where my battery died the same day after I had picked it up after another issue had been serviced. My car was towed back, assessed, and serviced with unparalleled understanding about the issue. These folks know what they are doing and are dedicated to fixing bad situations.
