I have been taking both of my cars to Pep Boys in Huntington Beach for service since I retired after 35 years from an Asian auto maker in 2019. I know a few things about auto maintenance. Both of my cars have over 100k miles and that is because Pep Boys know what they are doing.They are honest, courteous and friendly and actually care about their customers. I trust them with my cars. I highly recommend Pep Boys for all makes of automobiles.

They exceeded all expectations. I had them replace 4 tires a few months ago and ran over a nail recently with one of the new tires. They were honest about the transaction and tried their best to patch the tire. In the end they were able to do it and get it done in about half the time they had originally suggested. They also checked my other tires to ensure they. was in good shape. Excellent job. Couldn’t recommend these guys more for tires

Daniel took great care of me and my issue is resolved. I recently purchased a tire from this location so when a noise on the other tire appeared, I took it back to Pep Boys. Daniel checked me in and I left the car for inspection and diagnosis. He called me and let me know the noise was in the steering and axle. It’s a major repair so he walked me through the charges, told me about the things they tried to confirm it was not a bad tire, but another issue all together. He got me on the schedule on a busy Saturday, because I drive to Downtown LA for work, I need my car. The car was done in a few hours and I am very happy with the repair and overall customer service. Daniel is polite and professional, and my problem is resolved! Thank you Daniel! Thank you Pep Boys @ Brookhurst/Garfield Team!! 5 Stars!!
