It was 3pm on a Sunday and I called to get 2 new tires and Ricardo said to bring it in and they could finish by closing. It was very crowded and it seemed he was alone at the counter. They managed to get it done and Ricardo remained patient the whole time with many customers. Impressive in this day when it seems customer service is very poor, and all they care about…is asking for good reviews, but rarely doing the actual work to deserve the reviews. Pep Boys actually did!

I don’t usually leave reviews but I must say I was very impressed with the customer service here. I came here to get all four rotors and brakes replaced. I had gotten into a car accident a few weeks back after purchasing my Toyota Camry from Facebook marketplace. I showed up to their shop after work and I know they would be closing soon. But once they heard what the car was doing and my previous accident they didn’t turn me away. They were so fast and understanding about my worry considering I commute to Orange all the way from Pomona on a daily basis. My tech was Daisy and she was so fast and wonderful. I have never felt so cared for and understood. They took my safety into consideration despite the shop closing in less than an hour and a half. I thank you from the bottom of my heart. I can drive with confidence now.

I had a very bad experience at one of the locations. A very good service advisor later attended to me after experience a bad hospitality from a cruel one. I could not get value for the money charged me after wasting 2 days at the location, the same problem I complained repeatedly in less than 5 mins I received the car. The car stopped at the middle of the highway, thank God for the help of the policeman.
