waited for an oil change on Feb 6..they were unable to get the car down as a I was told the fuse blew out and needed to be serviced.No communication until I called on Monday.Then had to call back Tues and then finally told they would provide a rental.The rental was not even compatible to my vehicle however the Mgr was able to get an upgrade. I was then told when I went get the rental that I must provide my own insurance!..The rental company provides their own insurance which Pep Boys would not pay for the 13 days I was inconvenienced which I had to pay out of pocket!!.I don't fault the staff at all but for a long time customer of Peb Boys the company needs to do better!!

Very bad service. Made me w8 5 hours for a simple tire change without informing me. I think underage and inexperienced crew. All 4 tires were changed by child labour who doesn’t know what to do

My car was in the shop all week because we were waiting on approval for the parts and maintenance with the Extended Warranty Company. I felt my car was safe and secure the entire week. Everything was better than when I brought it in.

I wish I could give 0 stars to this location. I can in with an appointment for 1:30pm for a simple oil change. I was told it was going to be done in an hour. I come back at 3:30pm and the car is still where I left it, no movement. Upon conversation with the employee name Tray, appointments don’t mean anything so why do you have appointments on the website? Wasted 2 hours and got nothing done. Won’t be coming back here.

Excellent service for my vehicle everything is done professionally and with care The manager is amazing 🤩 too She knows her stuff very very well and she’s honest too The staff are professional and are always helpful their work is excellent 🌟 I highly recommend this place
