Alex C. One of the Lead Mechanic/ Tech that has been at that location forever is unprofessional and childish. He was upset because I didn’t fall for his unnecessary and overpriced tactics, due to his lack ignorance of a customer who knows their same car of 10+ years. My alternator was already checked and belt was changed March 2024. I have the receipt. Long story short I inform them already the slight vibration is coming from the transmission mount. I would have did more work with them if they had looked at transmission mount, he actually told William NO. Plus how is he testing the charge of alternator with a severely “dead batter” ? Alex would have caused $1237 of unnecessary costs and expenses that are unrelated to the problem “dead battery” super dead. His ignorance and behavior lead to: 1. He installed my battery and did not clean up the battery. (As this was an exchange so they can sell me the battery insurance). 2. I was charged 2.19 for the battery terminal protection which was not installed. Him also not cleaning the corrosion off and install. 3. Incorrect and improperly taxed. My total was to be $229.49 [(199.99 +10.80) x 1.08875) Instead $237.33. I will be contacting my bank. William appeared to be very nice; idk why he billed me incorrectly.

William and team in the shop were excellent. I came in for a tire installation and wheel alignment after getting a flat and was seen very quickly and received my car back in a timely fashion. All Employees were professional and got the job done.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is horrible. They did an oil change & left the cap off the oil tank, all the oil burned out my engine. When I went back for a refund, agree to refund me the money, instead I'm now seeing a new charge for the $97 not a refund. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, INCOMPETENT PEOPLE!

The head manager Teddy was great he explain the services I needed in a pleasant manner didn’t pressure me to do the work just told me it was needed so I felt so much better in getting all the services he recommended without feeling like I was being ripped off. Once he was done the technicians did great work, car was fixed as promised and I have had no issues with the services performed. Johnathon cashed me out he was polite and efficient. I bring all three of my cars here to be serviced all the time. 2 Infiniti's and a Scion and they do excellent work on all three of them. You can trust this place to do work on your car.

First and foremost the Manager Teddy stepped up big time when my rotor replacements were incorrectly sent from the supplier. Not only did he manage to get me the corrected parts but also arranged rides to and from Pep Boys. I must admit I was a bit upset but Teddy corrected everything and I felt much better. Awesome Manager and would recommend anyone to go for auto repairs at this shop.
