I needed to get my brakes checked. I was planning on making an appointment on a Monday at 4pm. The advisor said let me check if we can do it right now. To my surprise they had and opening and checked the brakes. I needed new rotors and pads for the back brakes. PepBoys did the job within 3 hours while I was having coffee at Starbucks. I really appreciated the prompt service. I did not get a quote from a dealer so I'm not sure what they would have charged. Out the door for $ 660.--

I had a problem with my tire locks that dealership couldn't handle. Called all over and landed at Pep Boys Encinitas. Leena, the manager, was so helpful and got my car pulled in and dealt with quickly. Thank you so much!!!!!

I bought my 2012 Kia Soul for a fuel injection service plus other routine checkup. The assustant manager was extremely efficient in helping me. She worked alone on Friday under heavy volume. Derrick Parker worked on my car. I saw the whole team worked as a team and I am extremely happy with their service. I will definitely me come back. I need to give credits where credits are due.

The manager of Carquest Auto was of astounding help to me. I really appreciate his service, courtesy and professionalism. It's a shame the stores are closing and auto part service needs more people like him, thank you Sir.

This is a great location. We got a nail in our tire around 4:00 on a Saturday. Nobody else would see us and they were willing to see it. I believe his name was Elmer - he was absolutely fantastic. Really recommend this location
