Changed the fuel filter, which was great. However, this was one of the sloppiest oil changes my car had ever had. I noticed dripping when I pulled into my drive way. Popped the hood, looked underneath the car, and the engine, belt, passenger-side hoses, front passenger-side axel, and oil pan were covered in oil. I don’t know if the tech spilled a bottle of oil or what, but I’m absolutely not taking my car for another oil change here. Judging from the looks of it, they also didn’t put a new crush washer on when putting the drain plug back in as it’s dripping. Absolutely atrocious and, frankly, makes me want to dispute the entire charge with my credit card company.

Had a good experience here, only place open Sunday (my only day off) Erwin the front desk guy and Luis the technician were great. I went in for an oil change and brake inspection/service. They said I only needed the rear pads done and one new tire in the front. I got an oil change, two new rear brake pads installed and one new salium tire balanced and installed, all for $491 after tax, which I believe is fair in today’s world. My brakes don’t squeal loudly any more when I reverse into a parking spot which is a relief, all the work was done in a little under 2 hours. They didn’t try to upsell me anything I didn’t need and got the job done in one visit and for that I give them 5 stars despite all the other reviews here.

Unprofessional, Dishonest, and Overpriced I had the worst experience at Pep Boys recently. I spent $830 to replace four new tires, expecting professional service, but instead, I encountered nothing but problems. They damaged my TPMS sensor during the process and then had the audacity to blame me, claiming I caused the damage. To make matters worse, they tried to charge me an extra $130 to replace a sensor that costs only $15. The picture I provided clearly shows that they scratched my rim and broke the TPMS sensor without telling me. I had to take the car to a friend of mine, who lives 30 miles away from my house, to assess the extent of the damage. He confirmed what Pep Boys tried to cover up, and the damage is evident in the photos. This level of unprofessionalism, dishonesty, and greed is beyond unacceptable. I paid a premium expecting quality service, but instead, I was met with frustration and blatant attempts to nickel-and-dime me. Rather than owning up to their mistake, they shifted the blame onto me and tried to profit from their own error. Pep Boys has completely lost my trust. If you value your money and the well-being of your vehicle, I strongly advise you to avoid this place at all costs.

Very disappointed. I came to pep boys thinking it would be better than just a mom and pop shop. Customer service is horrible. I don’t mind waiting all day for something to be fixed just make sure the communication comes across correctly. I was told it might be ready by noon. Called at 11:45am they said 35 mins. Been sitting in the lobby since 12:40pm it is now after 2:30pm. What’s even worse is the type of conversations the staff is having while customers are in the lobby. Also the usage of there cell phones for the wrong reasons. I will be making sure to file a formal complaint. I hope someone from upper management actually sees this and reaches out to me. I will be requesting for the distract manager information.

Best price for tire installation if you order tires from Tire Rack. They were busy on a Saturday morning so work began 30 minutes after appointed time, but then were finished 30 minutes later. It would be nice if the coffee machine was working in the waiting area.
