DO NOT FOR THE LOVE OF GOD COME HERE. These guys did an evaluation for our vehicle stating that there was suspension issues with our vehicle when in reality, there was no suspension issues, the LUGNUTS were loose after we hit a pothole, which we stated that’s why we were there and we’re hearing a grinding sound. Fast forward two days later, our whole wheel flies off and it’s because of the lugnuts not being tightened. When wow, the evaluation states they tightened the lugnuts to 80 torque… now we have to replace the rotors, and damage to the vehicle. In the process of speaking with a lawyer now. But save your money and go elsewhere. These guys have shown no remorse as we could have died thankfully this happened on a non busy street in the morning hours. What a lousy pos company!!! So. We replaced the bald tires with another place and only left because they stated the car was safe. We have the car with the lugnuts tightened and it’s fine. I wonder where that $2500 estimate came from. Crazy.

I took my Jeep to this Pep Boys to replace the alternator and serpentine belt, and after getting my car back, I immediately noticed a squeaking noise. The mechanic who worked on it tried to help, but the squeak came back shortly after. When I called Pep Boys to get it checked, they refused to help me because I “technically” didn’t get a diagnostics service—despite the fact that they were the ones who worked on my car in the first place! Horrible policies and customer service. How do you mess something up and then refuse to fix it? Avoid this place if you actually want your car fixed properly.

Don't waste your time or money getting your car repaired here. Vee, the manager has no authority that the repair shop began to work on my car without him or I authorizing any work on my car. I had to be demanding updates on my car and I was given different details from Vee and the other service advisor, Edgar. My car was not returned to me in the same condition I took it in, I stopped the repair so they were "unable" to put all the parts back into my car. I had parts in the passenger seat and the trunk. To top it off, I was charged almost $1000 for the "labor" done to my car, which pretty much was destroying the engine and everything under the hood and lowering the value of my car. I know my car wouldn't start when I took it to Pepboys, but all the parts were there under the hood, and my car was returned to me in worst condition. What Pepboys did is illegal and unlawful, a violation of the Automotive Repair Act. If someone else goes through this or something similar, report Pepboys to the Bureau of Automotive Repair. These leeches can't keep getting away with swindling people out of their money.

Edgar G and his crew were superior today. They helped me without complications or confusion. He made suggestions and made me feel like this was a place where I could send my mom to to be taken care of. I made an appointment before I dropped in, and they even started on my oversize tall van before my appointment since I showed up early! I brought my service dog in and even used their wifi. Wow guys! You're great. Thank you for being so accommodating and understanding, I will definitely be returning to these guys again when I need help with my vehicle. I had sent my boyfriend to get a new tire from here. He comes back home my car is making a weird noise when I back out , come to find out the plastic piece in front of my tire is coming off. We called & spoke to an Edgar G & he said to come back & get it fixed. We went there everything was fine until it came off AGAIN. My boyfriend had said they were being really rough with the car & that’s what caused it to break off. So I had called back to get it screwed back in AGAIN but no answer , I left a message & no return of my call nor did they attempt & leave a voicemail. Going for a tire change & coming back with broken pieces to my car is UNACCEPTABLE. I went to a Discount Tire place & they were so nice & was able to fix it & I haven’t had any problems since then. This is the WORST pep boys I’ve ever been to. Please save your money & the integrity of your car & go somewhere else. I’m just glad the piece they broke was fixable & doesn’t need extra charge but still it’s absolutely ridiculous. Never going here again
