Great experience getting a new battery for my BMW X3. It is not a DIY replacement because BMW cars need a computer to assess the battery and its performance to inform the other electronics what volts are coming based on the output and their needs balanced across the other components. Marta was great! Explained to me what they could do, and even helped me select the battery since there were two options. Great service and done ON TIME!

Some days everything goes well, and some days you gas up your car and it refuses to start again afterward. Luckily, (for me) this happened to me within 200 yards of a Pep Boys location. Sure, it's a pain in the butt to have car troubles and to have to call roadside assistance for the world's shortest tow trip, but I found it profoundly reassuring to have a convenient place to take it with helpful, hard-working professionals to help sort out what went wrong and to make it right again. Was it how I wanted to spend a Sunday afternoon on my last day of vacation? No. But did I feel assured I was in good hands throughout the ordeal? Yes.

First time owning a car long enough that I needed 4 new tires, and this Pep Boys location made the process quick and easy. Got a great buy 2 get 2 free tires on a set of Kumho tires, and they were able to get the installation done within 2.5 hours. The staff that processed my appointment details were very professional and welcoming. Thank you!

Needed four tires and walked into the store on Sepulveda Blvd. near Oxnard and was warmly greeted by Mauricio. The experience only got better with Mauricio's knowledge of the business and complete explanation of everything included in the price. Even though his price was slightly better than another estimate, I would prefer doing business with Mauricio, in any event. I highly recommend Mauricio for any of your tire needs.

Super helpful. No arguements, no hassles... Fred and the guys saw a problem with my tire, had it replaced right away and even though the tire needed to be custom ordered it was still ready to go the next morning. I was impressed.
