Initially the estimate frightened me. And I was concerned that I would not be able to afford to repair my vehicle. But these guys worked with me, and we ended up being very happy in the end both of us. So I appreciate pep boys. Thank you guys for fixing my vehicle so that I can be safely back on the road.

I had 4 Michelin tires put on my Tesla Model 3! I got a great price for the tires and full alignment. The service was friendly and everyone went out of their way to make sure all went well. I highly recommend Pep Boys. 5 Stars!

Wonderful service! I came here twice recently, the first time to get 2 tires replaced and the second time to get an alignment. I had originally called to see if they had a tire size for my replacement and stock and they gave me an immediate time frame on when they were available for me to come in with an estimated time on when they would finish. Both times I visited I had excellent customer service. I had waited only an hour each visit even though they were busy. I would definitely come back here if I had any issues!

Where do I start? I drive my car to cold water canyon and it stalls 3 times. I had to call AAA and tow me home. I take it to Pepboys, Big Mistake!!! Pepboys replaces my spark plugs and told me it’s running like a champ,and to come and get it. I drive my car home and it stalled twice. I then take it back and then the manager said my car is dirty and probably the reason it’s stalling. I paid to clean that out. I picked my car up because they said it’s “Running like a champ”I drove it home and pick up dinner and it stalled twice. I took it back when I got money then they said I need a new air/gas sensor. I had them replace my belts and breaks and sensor and they said they test drove it and it’s “Running like a champ” that was short lived. I had to AAA it AGAIN! Take me home ( FYI: I was taking Ubers every time I picked the car up and come back to get my car. ) they looked at the fuel pump and they said it’s fine. Allen called me to tell me they are throwing in the towel because they can’t find the problem and they drive my car and not once stalled. 1,500$ later and no one can solve the issues. We are done!!! The biggest most I did was taking it to Pep boys.
