PEP BOYS POMONA I bought a battery here 35 months ago. Today my car hesitated starting after I dropped the twins off at school. It finally started and I drove here to Pep Boys. Good news! The warranty expires next month and the battery was replaced for $2.00. This saved me about $250.00. Thank you Manny, Moe & Jack!

My service writer did an excellent job of identifying the problem in my tire. He got me in and took care of getting me a good quality, new tire and an affordable price very quickly even though they were crowded. I recommend Pep Boys highly for all your automotive needs.

This location was amazing! I took my car in for a routine oil change- the workers were friendly, inspected the cars and let me know about a few areas that might be a concern ( with no pressure from them). The price was fair- and they even helped me get a coupon for more savings. And they got it done in less than an hour. The workers know their stuff too- i asked for a quote for some work on my other car, and they gave me a price and walked me through what it was- and even mentioned a price special they had going on. Ill definitely be coming back to get more work done- thanks Pep Boys!

Miss Charles RIP but new manager Mike is great. This is the only place I go to have my tires mounted balanced and rotated. I can buy my tires at tire rack and have them shipped here and they do the rest!

We have always received consistently good service at this Pep Boys location; but, my experience today prompted me to write. At the end of a long day for me and for their staff, I came in with a flat tire. They squeezed me in and did everything to get the best deal possible—from trying to simply repair to getting me the best price on a tire. They were unfailingly kind to everybody who came in while I was there. Thank you Mike and Donna!
