Great service! I went in for tires. Steve helped us and was very professional and friendly. They were honest with me. My car was "barely" out of alignment. They could have told me I needed an alignment but reiterated that it was just "barely." Thank you for being honest! Thank you for your help, Steve!!!

I will not be returning to this pep boys. I turned in my car here for a simple oil change and new brakes. I spent over $1000 replacing brakes, rotors, and whatever else they suggested. When I got my car back, my brakes didn't feel any different and they still make grinding noises after a month. Also, my engine started having idling issues. So i went back to tell them about my engine. They replaced my spark plugs included in their "tune up". Got my car back and my car engine started shutting off when idling. Went back AGAIN and they ran a diagnostic. Then they tell me the oil was overfilled. How did they mess up a simple oil change and / or tune up?? I've spent too much money here.

The lack of digital printout vs the faded inspection printout I received defeated the purpose of my need for the visit. It caused me unnecessary delays and anxiety in trying to start a new job. Please fix this issue as it reflects poorly on your employees and company and does not meet the needs of your customers to satisfaction.

Stopped in on a Friday an hour before they closed as I had a nail in my front tire and they were quick to replace my tire as I needed to get to work. The lady that helped me was very friendly and informative about the tire and price was appropriate for the service and tire.
