This is a place I can actually trust to work on my vehicle. They are very thorough on everything they do and explain upcoming and future preventative maintenance. They also take the time to point out other issues with the vehicle to ensure that I know what Is happening with my vehicle. I’ve taken all my vehicles there. Armando does an exceptional job of taking care of my vehicle. I always leave that location knowing that my vehicle is running 100% and then I’m safe I like to think the whole crew there Do great job

Armando and Vinny are the best! Had a check engine light randomly pop up and these guys bent over backwards to assist me and wash all my worries away with excellent customer service and a happy ending to boot (Not THAT type of happy ending haha!). Quick diagnosis, no nonsense solution, and back on the road in two shakes of a lamb's tail! This service location takes all the beans! Will def continue giving them my business in the future. Honest and reliable, what more can you ask?!

I scheduled a tire change the same day. Armando, the manager called me and informed me that they were running behind since only 2 guys were working. It would be a 1.5-hour wait time. Once I got there, they started to work on my car immediately and I didn't even have to wait long. I really appreciate everyone working there. Every time I need my tires changed; these guys are the best. They work hard and diligently. Thank you so much for making my life easier and convenient.

Best service at any Pep Boys I’ve been to in the LA area, and I’ve been to a few. Was recommended this location by a family member. Service was great and done efficiently, in and out in a little over two hours for new tires installation/ mounting/ balancing, as well as a 1 year alignment and rear brakes rotors resurfaced and pads replaced. Also, the tires were filled up to the proper psi for my car which is a first in my experience, other Pep Boys I’ve been to the tires were inflated up to 40+/50+ PSI- this location did the proper amount at around 30PSI for my 4 door sedan. Really good customer service by Armando as well. Good guy. Will be back.

I had an amazing experience at the Pep Boys on 1950 Newport Blvd in Costa Mesa! Armando, the service manager, was incredibly professional and made sure I was informed and comfortable throughout the process. His customer-oriented approach truly stood out, and it's clear he values providing top-notch service. The quality of work here is outstanding--reliable and done right the first time.
