Outstanding customer service! Communicates well, fast and reliable service. Took my vehicle in at reserved time, rep called me and said my car would be ready in about an hr. Came back to pick up car in the hr, done and ready to go. I'm busy and appreciated the timely service!. I brought another vehicle in next day. Great service!!!

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE AVOID GOING THERE!!!! this place is a joke, they play with people’s lives as they don’t know what they’re doing. I had a full brake job front and rear done, pads and rooters. I was changed $1200. When I received the car and took it to work the next day,, I was driving on suddenly no brakes, I almost got into a car accident and had to go over the side walk to avoid the car in front of me. I finally was able to stop due to going o. The side walk. I immediately notice a pile of oil on the ground with brake parts on the ground as well. I immediately notice the caliber is hanging off the wheel. I call Pep Boys and they won’t even offer me a tow service, I had to tow my truck on my own expense. They fixed the issue (they say) but I have no trust in them and they won’t refund my money back. I almost got into a car accident and they won’t even refund my money for almost causing me and someone else to get into a huge accident. No regards for human life. Please see pictures and video. Avoid this place at all cost.

Adam & Johnny are truly the best! They were so welcoming & knowledgeable! Got a great price in my battery compared to other competitors. Definitely recommend if you want to feel like family & great prices.

Excellent service! Edgar was very professional over the phone and when I arrived to the shop. I got a flat tire, technician attempted to patch it and I recieved a phone call advising me that a new tire was needed. The fact that they just don't say you need a new tire off jump was satisfying to hear. Grade A service all around. Job well done fellas.

Awful, poor service, absolutely disgusting people work here and this is why. I made an appointment on Saturday evening for 11am Sunday. I received a confirmation stating that my appointment is at 11am. Cool, so I take me car to Pep Boys Corona and the guy at the counter asks me if I have a reservation which I told him yes. He looks at his computer and says no you don’t, you’re not in my system. Ok fine, I ask him would you like to see my confirmation and he replies No, it doesn’t matter because I’m not in the system. Ok fine, so I ask him, May I please leave my car and you guys can service it when you have a chance and he responds no, he says “ I only have one guy and we’re booked up”. I ask him, why did I make an appointment and have a confirmation and he replies, “I don’t know”, basically telling me to leave. This is my second rude, disgusting, filthy behavior with a Pep Boys employee. I’m done, first time ok, now a second time, nah, I’m Lifetime Jiffy Lube customer now. Adios Pep Boys
