Service was great! They came to help me really quick as well but the price is a little steep. $250 for a flat bed going less than 20-25 miles is too much imho. Otherwise they're a great company and the driver was really friendly and knowledgable. He made things go smooth. Thanks

Don't trust this theif company. Will sue them at court for steeling my cars andsells them outside auction dates. Dmv and city involved to invistecate soon .

Called them out to grab a truck of mine. Saw the tow truck operator, spoke with him and gave him all the info. Instead of taking my truck, they grabbed another truck that had broken down after me. I saw the other truck breakdown. So instead of taking my truck they chose to put me further behind in the queue. Waiting another hour before the second truck finally showed up for me. They don’t care if you called first. It doesn’t mean d!ck to them.

So helpful and friendly! I went in thinking I was part of some towing scam, since I knew I had parked my flatbed truck in an OK spot. They started by letting me know how I would contest it, then, as I went to get money, they looked a little deeper and figured out my truck had been stolen, stripped and then towed. Helpful every step of the way and I had a lot of steps to navigate. Thanks Pepe's!
