Pepe's Towing Service

Believe this company is towing cars at random. They provide no authorization notices. I saw them this weekend circling a few streets with their flat beds. Now, my car was parked w handicap placards n a fire zone as there was no ADH parking available at the residents where my patient stays.. but my patient had a medical emergency. I ran up for 30 mins ..three story walk up to grab my patient. When I went back to my car it was towed. It was a life threating situation. You can imagine my anguish when I returned to no vehicle. We had to uber to the hospital. But I understand I was parked in a red That night when I requested info on my vehicle. The attendant on the phone hung up on me and told me not to call back until 9 AM. He would not even give me the address or amount due. I had to wait till the AM to get all info.. thats another story. All they require is a DL/ keys /CC - they don't even ask about registration of car. Who owns and is picking it up. They just want the money and ur out. So that's a good thing but super shady at the same time. Back to the incident, when I return the next day with my vehicle, later that evening. I see that this company has been circling the neighborhood w there flat beds. I saw about 4 cars get towed in a row. After hours. Who is authorizing these tows? Only on the weekends. I called and asked for info on who authorized the tows as that is required info available upon request ...but I was met with rude and irresponsive personnel.. All I asked for was the authorization paper work. Not requesting money back or upset for getting towed from red zone for any reason. But at least provide the necessary paper work that is due upon request. Here's my thing before you tow at random for your paycheck please think about the lives you may be affecting by towing at random on the weekends. Obviously if a handicap person is parked close to a stairwell there is a reason why. Think and feel before you tow the handicap.

I want to say thank you so much for your service towing the vehicle. Your man Daniel did a great job. He was Friendly knowledgeable, did a great job Towing it out. Also, everyone I spoke to get the towing setup was very helpful!! Thank you!! I will definitely refer your company.

Our driver went above and beyond to take care of my truck. He was friendly and did what it took to get the job done and save us time he made an otherwise difficult situation less stressful.

I hate that my car got towed but thankfully when I came to get my property that I left inside the car all my valuables where still in there . I had pretty expensive tools in there . Other tow yards I have delt with I have always had a lot of things missing and brand new things at that so thankfully this tow yard doesn't steal your things from your car

I was in need of a towing service after I had a blown tire. When I called everything seemed like it would go over smoothly, and the driver would arrive in a 10-15 minutes. 30 minutes later I call them back asking where the driver was and the representative said the driver is leaving NOW (and not 30 minutes ago like they said the driver did) and would arrive in 10-15 minutes. I get a back 10 minutes later saying the driver couldn't find me as there was a miscommunication on my location. I then decided to drive my car which again had a BLOWN FLAT TIRE to an open parking lot and send my location on my phone. The representative then calls me ten later to tell me the driver can't find me even though I sent my location on my phone to him. The only good part about this whole experience was the driver I had was very friendly regardless of the circumstance. I found his genuine personality and empathy to be a bright spot in what was otherwise an awful experience. Oh, and I was not offered any discount or apology for their lack of accountability for being over an hour late. The representative (I didn't get a name but the driver had them in his contact list as a "Colton") only threatened to repossess my car if I didn't pay full price without offering any apology for their lack of accountability.
