I was helped by Sam as he is part of the FSP (Freeway Service Patrol) that Pepe's is contracted with. Sam arrived as fast as possible to get me out of the number 2 lane on eastbound 91 near the Van Buren Blvd overpass. Officer JJ with Riverside based CHP was also a great asset. My vehicle lost all electrical power, thus leaving me without flashers or any other indication of having a problem - other than obviously blocking the lane. Sam was fast, efficient, and provided flawless customer service. Maybe he can pass his great attitude to the angry ladies in that office I've been reading about. Thank you again, Sam!

Christian was awesome. He helped get my truck towed to a garage where it needed work. He was very sweet. He was kind and very patient and the customer service that he provided was awesome. I Would give10 stars if it were possible. Your company has done an awesome job training your drivers

I am driving from California to Ohio, and my battery died while at my hotel near ONT airport. Andy was patient and kind answering my call. My driver was Ismael and he was so fast and sweet for this old lady in distress. Pepe's is reasonably priced and their customer service is top notch. Thank you for saving me today!!!

I can’t express how much this situation has negatively impacted me. I was already struggling to save up for repairs on my car, which wasn’t even drivable, and then you towed it for being parked on a white line in my own apartment complex. To make matters worse, the fee you demanded was unreasonable, given the state of my vehicle. I ultimately had to call my finance company to take the car.money hungry ass people . Here is the picture of it ‘being two-lane parked.’”

Matt with Pepes towing did an outstanding job. He was patient and determined and eventually towed an inoperable vehicle whose brakes had frozen and wouldn’t move. His truck couldn’t get close enough to attach the wrench but he didn’t give up!!great service! They were prompt and got there earlier than estimated. I would definitely recommend them!!
