Check engine light came on. Pulled into Perfection and they came right out to see what was going on. They reassured me of the reason it came on and gave me genuine advice, recommended next steps and sent me on my way free of charge. My husband and I were traveling through Williams and had an incident on the freeway that we needed to get checked out before we went any further. After calling around to a couple of different places I finally got JP to agree to look under our truck bed and see if there was any damage and I found him to be friendly and professional and he took me in like immediately so I didn’t have to wait. I would recommend him 100% and I’m very thankful that I was able to be reassured by him that our truck was safe.

Honest service.. My wife and son were on the road when the heater control valve failed. He really could have taken advantage of them, but he performed a quick and brilliant workaround to get them back on the road asap. Highly recommend with no reservations.

Our water pump went out while traveling Route 66. We stopped at Perfection just as they were closing. The owner took the time to chat with us, got under our vehicle and confirmed the water pump was bad. He was booked out a week for work, but took the time to write down a number of contacts for us and gave us water and coolant to get us to a shop.All while refusing to take any $$ for his time or help. A class act,. If we're ever in Williams and need vehicle service, were headed to Perfection!
