They were very personable and very knowledgeable. They were easy to reach for any questions or concerns. They did everything from setting up my rental by calling the other drivers insurance company and having it ready when I got there! They went above and beyond a few times. One by fixing my key fob that I didn’t even mention was broken. Needless to say, this was a very unexpected pleasant surprise! The other was after their shop was broken into with broken windows in several cars. (One being mine) they immediately called us and their insurance handled it. They even replaced the upholstery on the seat that had glass shattered on it. And a few other areas affected by the break in. Highly recommend!!

The fender and door look good where the dents were. But there was a scratch on the chrome by the drivers side window and a dent on the inside of the door looks like someone dropped a heavy tool on it. But the chrome is going to be fixed at no extra cost to me. When I got the van back it was pretty dusty inside I had to take it to the car wash and wipe the inside out from where who ever sanded it didn’t clean the dust particles off the inside I had to wipe down the whole inside to get rid of the dust and there is a film on the windshield from the sprayer as well.

Wonderful customer service. I had an accident while visiting and they worked me in! The first 2 photos show the damage and the last photo shows a pristine completion. I have been a customer for years and was glad that, if it had to happen, it happened where I knew that I could get a fantastic repair!

Great people!!!! Great work will make an accident experience feel less stressful and will get your vehicle back to you looking like nothing happened. Great with answering any questions or concerns, helps a lot with any problems the insurance company tries to face you with they have your back through it. Will return to this business if I ever need them again and recommend them to anyone I know in need.
