Hey there, Just wanted to share my recent experience with your service center. I've been a frequent customer and you've generally done a stellar job. This time, though, I reached out to schedule an appointment regarding the collision light issue in my car. I was impressed when you assured me that any necessary replacements would be communicated prior to the work. That's usually a sigh of relief. However, the scenario that unfolded was a surprising departure from the usual good service. When we received the invoice, it showed no work done on the collision sensor. Instead, it seems I was billed $189.00 just to have a scan tool plugged in and my light shut off. And there was an apparently lengthy software update, which took up a whole two hours. When I spoke to my Service Advisor, Emily Blackburn, about these charges, her explanation was vague and dismissive. She mentioned it was a diagnosis charge, but nobody informed me about such a charge when I booked. To top it off, her attitude on the call was unprofessional, which added to my frustration. Emily, I believe this experience could be a valuable learning opportunity for you. No one expects perfection, but there is certainly room for improvement in dealing with customers seeking clarity on service charges. You've got great potential, and I hope this helps you excel in your role. Take care.

Sales staff very friendly and engaging. I purchased my vehicle through the Costco program and was very satisfied with the price and lack of hassle. The staff even drove my new Ram truck to me and I live about an hour away. I’ll be back to them in a year or so when I shop for a new SUV.

Do not trust their timeline. They told me my car would be done within 2 days. It wasn’t. They told me this morning (day 3) it would be done today. It wasn’t. They told me at 3:00 today they were almost done with it and the technician would have it done before he left for the day. They didn’t work on it at all. Had not even put it on the rack yet. Said they’ll work on it tomorrow. I can’t trust what they say so I just have to wait and see. Wish me luck. Reply here if you know of a service department that you can trust to do what they say they will do.
