My car died as I was going to work & a co-worker referred me to Perry's Auto. It was very stressful for me, but Diego diagnosed the problem, which turned out to be the alternator. He explained what needed to be done & had my car repaired before the end of day. I would definitely recommend this place. The professionalism & customer service was excellent!

Perry's has been my mechanic for years now, they have always taken great care of me. they have saved me so much money over the years, my wife was told by another company that she needed a full break job, quoted her out over $1500 of work they said was desperately needed. Took it to Perry's, they said the brakes looked great, they were at 60% and to check back in 6 months!!! they work on all my vehicles, personal and work, we are always happy. One of the best on the central coast

Nicole as receptionist is very friendly, helpful and professional. Diego is as well, and very attuned to my automotive needs with my 27 year old Forerunner. A great mechanic!

HORRIBLE! Vehicle returned in condition not legal for road use. Brought my car in because it overheated and turned off on a road trip. They ran some tests and told me it was the radiator and that i also needed a new alternator. $1,400 for that is a little bit pricey to begin with, but when i pick up my car after that, I don't expect a massive amount of electrical problems that never existed until your "mechanic" messed with my wiring system. Now my speedometer doesn't work and constantly goes to random speeds, my electric system light is constantly flickering, as-is 1 of my 2 headlights that now works (both worked fine before getting dropped off!) The mechanic makes excuses and after weeks of giving them the benefit of the doubt to do something about the warranty on their low-quality work, they just leave me voicemails of "oh well it turns on now". sorry, but you destroying my electrical system to the point of surges, break loss, guages not working, lights now working, etc. this is literally negligence by the mechanic. I gave you the opportunity to fix this and let a real mechanic fix your issue since your only answer was for me to take off a week of work, drive 8 hours to you, and wait while you figure out what you did wrong in the first place then drive back spending hundreds on gas for your mistake. I've filed a report with the BBB. AVOID this place, they do terrible work and don't own up to their mistakes.

I have been coming to Perry’s since I moved to Morro Bay in 2015. The mechanics are all skillful, communicative, and willing to do anything it takes to help. If you are in a bind, take your car to Perry’s! Update 2025: Diego at Perry’s is a gem. His ability to diagnose and remedy issues has allowed my old and tired vehicle to continue chugging along. Thank you!!!
