Long post…. But this is for sure the Time to hold people/businesses accountable for BS. Sunday morning had a flat, called AAA and they sent out a tech named (Jordan) idk if thats buddy real name to change my tire, WHY did this man torque/break 1 of the 3 studs off the tire rack and then say “uh it’s so cold out here it froze and came out” like I didn’t see you use the electric and manual lug wrench! Yall know Q voice she hit the sky even our neighbors were like “WHY WOULD YOU KEEP PULLING” he called his boss who I’m assuming is the Owner “ James Ahrendsen” and first thing fly out his mouth “I DIDN’T” break it” OKAY WHO ELSE WAS JUST DOING SOMETHING TO THIS TIRE??? ( First time putting the spare on since I got the truck in 18) Im so glad Q got pictures! Even after that the fool STILL was not able to change my tire and had to call a tow truck because he stripped the lug nut and it was stuck in the rim. I filed a claim and stuff with AAA and have pictures so cool. Fast forward to today: I went to Autozone to get a replacement stud so the tire could be put back on the tire rack and Autozone like “ Awh! How that happen” ! But he’s like yea you have to go to the dealership for that we don’t have those you have to get the whole rack changed so I go to Jeep-Rochester Hills and handed the guy the part asking how much for a replacement buddy said “HOW did you do this, those studs are not built into the rack, you have to get a whole new one for $583.00” I said yea a tech came to change my tire and this was the result. I ended up contacting the company where the tech worked and spoke with the owner @jamesahrendsen and he said “yea i denied the claim because if anyone had of came to change the tire it would have done the same thing, I use to work for those plants and I know they use parts they aren’t supposed too” sir what does that have to do with your employee breaking my s off??? Then he continues to say “I denied the claim Also” Moral of this is this company for sure lacks acceptable customer service skills, professionalism, credibility, integrity, business etiquette and if a tech named Jordan or if you need ANYTHING done for you vehicle DO NOT Patronize this company! And then the kicker part i don’t even care how or who fixes the problem as along as my tire is secured and functional but for you to be dismissive and nonchalant about the damage your employee caused NOW I have a LARGER PROBLEM. 1st being the damage, 2nd being the lack of accountability and 3rd being you having me messed up

This for workers not customers. Pete’s reached out to me for a job interview via indeed, which I was extremely interested in. I was given an address to go to for the meeting. I was not told anything more. I arrive for my interview at the address provided to me. This address was located in a neighborhood so I know I was at the wrong place. I called the number that provided me with the address, to which I was told “i gave you the right address so I don’t know what to tell you.” So at the point, theres nothing more I can do. I used the address sent to me, and was told it was my fault. As all the other comments about the company complain about how unprofessional they are, just know they are true.

I love these guys! They are honest and reasonably priced. I trust them more than any dealership around, they are not out to screw people. Highly recommended! Gail Horner-Pearson

Nov 22 2021 I love that I always know I will get honest work from this repair shop and am not ever worried about them trying to tell me I need something done that isn't necessary like so many other places do just to increase your bill. This is a big relief when I know very little about cars. Also prices are very reasonable. Steve and Craig always get the work done quickly and they make sure to comunicate what exactly needs work and how long it will take. I appreciate that they checked and filled my oil when they replaced my alternator without me even asking. Highly recommended.

This company sucks! Had my son and I waiting in the freezing cold for 2hrs. They kept changing the eta over and over at least 6 times. I don’t recommend this awful company. They’re unprofessional there’s no phone number to get ahold of them. They have a gmail email…. I hate these unprofessional morons! AAA should be ashamed being associated with these morons. I had to contact a family member to come and help cause they never showed up!
