Brian and his team are excellent mechanics, honest about what work your car needs and all at fair pricing. We have been taking our two Ford trucks here for many years. I've been bringing my truck to Phillips for repairs over the past 6 months or so. Had an oil filter changed and a solenoid replaced. A few weeks ago I was having issues with oil leak, had to refill the oil twice that month. I called the shop, they were too busy so they recommended a shop down the street. I get it checked out and they say the oil filter wasn't installed properly. A few weeks later the 'check engine' light comes on so I take it into the new shop. Now they tell me the solenoid that was replaced was some cheap Chinese junk and they have a genuine OEM part they can replace it with. So in conclusion I've paid 100s of dollars on repairs that have been done improperly and now I'm paying double to fix it again. I won't be taking my truck back here again.

This is great! They walk me through everything that was wrong with my vehicle and showed me the old parts vs. the new parts. Everyone is super friendly and very helpful.
