I recently had my Tesla Model Y repaired after an accident, and I can't recommend Johnny's auto repair shop enough! The service was fast, and the attention to detail was incredible. They treated my car with the same care as if it were their own. When I saw my car after the repairs, it looked stunning—like I had a brand new vehicle! Strongly recommend Johnny for anyone in need of car repairs!

Never have time to leave a review , but felt I had to after all the great work Johny did for my car went into Phoenix auto care in a tough position low on money and just got into an accident that messed up the whole front of my car. Explain to Johny my situation that it was my work car and I really needed it to get to work told me don’t worry, here we get solutions not problems after fixing my car better than new he went the extra mile and even did a deep clean inside of my car really appreciate it thank you!!!! Nice to know some people still care about their customers

I recently had my car in for repairs after an unfortunate accident that left my door, hood, and transmission damaged. I took it to Phoenix Auto Care, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their professionalism and service. From the start, they provided me with a loaner car, making the repair process smooth and convenient. After they completed the repairs, my car came back looking and driving like brand new. The team did an incredible job—everything from the bodywork to the transmission repair was handled perfectly. Plus, they returned my car spotlessly clean! I’m beyond satisfied with their service and highly recommend them to anyone needing auto repairs. Thank you for taking such good care of my car! The Best Auto Mechanic I’ve ever come across! The owner Johnny is a man that takes pride in what he does, and really knows how to explain and diagnose any issues your car may have like a good doctor. All the guys working there are honest and do great work. They document the entire repair process with photos and keep you updated via email. They know what they are doing! My engine never looked and sounded so good. They even washed and detailed my Jeep inside and out! I am definitely a customer for life!

I took my 2008 Hyundai Elantra to Phoenix Auto Care because I had a good experience with them working on my mother's car. I needed my AC fixed and a 150k scheduled maintenance. Juan took good care of me. He kept me up to date while they were fixing my car with pictures and texts. I’ve uploaded a sampling. They gave me a time estimate for how long they would need my car. Even when unexpected issues occurred during the repairs, they still managed to have the car ready in the same amount of time. They may charge for their diagnostic, but it's worth it. They are very straightforward with their detailed estimates. Juan let me know what issues he thought were critical and what could wait. He managed to properly diagnose the gremlin in my AC that the last two garages couldn’t figure out. I spent the last couple of years having my AC sporadically cut out. I was able to ignore it because I spent most of my time driving another car. Now that this was going to become my commuter car again, I needed to have reliable AC. I trusted the guys at Phoenix to solve my problem. I’m happy to say I’ve been driving around in a rolling ice box for over a month. It's probably not good for my MPG, but it's worth it to keep the summer heat at bay. The scheduled maintenance worked out well. The old girl needed it. Lots of stuff was cleaned and replaced. She was a little jumpy at first. I’m not sure if it was from all the cleaning chemicals they ran through her or the recommendation from John that I run a tank of 91 gasoline through her to finish cleaning her out. It took a bit, but she mellowed out; she handled a trip to Vegas without issue. I even measured my highway MPG back up to 29. I hadn’t seen that in a while. My city's mpg is still trash, but I assume it's because of my preferred Arctic driving conditions.  Besides cleaning out the car's internals, they also took care of some external issues. For example, I hadn’t realized how dingy my headlights had gotten until they buffed them back to basically brand new. I will definitely be bringing my cars back to Phoenix Auto Care. I’ve already been suggesting them to others that were in need of quality and reliable service. It's nice having a place I can recommend when people ask me for a garage they can trust.
