Just like all the rest of their locations. The prices have more than tripled. The parts are not even prestine. They're pricing items like the dealer now days. The entry fee has gone up as well. I have left many items at the counter when they ring it up and tell you the price. Even the employee at the counter is surprised when they scan it. I just put it to the side and get the Hell out of there as quick as I can. Will be looking for the independent yard from now on.

As I walked up the staff was talking about how they punked someone, which is just unprofessional and a odd thing to talk about at the entrance, I'm not expecting them to be talking about sunshines and rainbows since its a salvage yard but c'mon. I then pay and get my tools searched which is just standard procedure, then after getting in a different employee walks up and tries saying I need to pay and demanded to look through my tools, after telling him like 5 times i already paid he then wanted to search my tools again which was annoying, so I quickly let him do search them again and then went to search for my parts car. Overall, it was a negative experience but I did like how the rows were set up and I had a good interaction with the cashier but those were the only positives about it.

Help with pricing sucks, automated services doesn't help at all and the website is even worse. When you input all the information it just shows you the info on the vehicles that they have but no pricing is shown at all worse pricing system ever. They say the only way would be to drive down to the yard. From here on out probably gonna get all the smaller parts on AMAZON probably cheaper than to drive down to the yard to dismantle it then just to get overcharged at the register. Just got my self right side mirror for my Toyota Corolla 2003 only for $35. Stick with AMAZON you'll be saving time which equals money. So you'll be saving lots of money going with AMAZON. Good luck to you all out there 🫡

KEEP A FIRM GRIP ON YOUR PART Went up to the cashier and had my part taken away by an employee who wanted to purchase it and the manager gave me a custom price of $80 to intimidate me out of purchasing an item that they all wanted. Items should not be charged differently just because it is an audiobahn or a dual. They will actually threaten to call the cops when they are probably more scared of them than me. They surrounded me and I’m no where near these guys’ sizes. Degenerates and shady practices even from the manager. Just laughable. Saying I wasn’t serious about buying… of course I want to buy it but not for double price. Or you guys quickly decide and throw warranty when I actually mentioned it. Just an extra 10% onto your total price because the cashier. Just playing with your money when the little dollars add up. I said nothing bad and tried to joke with them saying I would rap with the amplifier and they got offended. Typical behavior. Just hating on my style. Just leave. Extra points for being the only yard where I can open a door and not bang into another car.

Was here for a part last Monday. The part I wanted to buy was a suspension component. The older lady cashier said it would be charged as an ABS after speaking to her supervisor and asking me if it was for a Mercedes. This was about $35 more than what I had been charged at the Anaheim location for the same component. I mentioned to her supervisor that the part had nothing to do with ABS. And asked her to correct this, she didn’t care and just shook her head, really dismissive. I asked the lady at the register and repeated it had nothing to do with ABS WHY WERE THEY CHARGING IT AS ONE. Cluelessly she said, “well at this location this is how we charge it.” I don’t think it’s fair for them to upcharge parts based on what the supervisor says, I have a better background and knowledge through schooling in automotive chasis suspension, engine repair and brakes. I think I know what I’m talking about. For the lady supervisor to deny this is absurd. Disappointed in this location and hope they can replace this female supervisor with a man that knows his auto parts. Instead of having a pretty face for the men to look at.
